Minimum Order:
$50.00 net. A minimum order charge of $15.00 will be added to all invoices that are less then $50.00.
Shipping:
Orders for stock products are shipped within 48 hours of order placement. Products are shipped FedEx ground unless rush service is requested. Shadowcraft Plaque Kits & Plaque awards are not quick-ship items and may take up to 3 weeks for delivery. Please check individual item descriptions for availability and delivery times.

Certificate Layout & Printing
Fusion Frames can provide any level of service needed to create and personalize your certificates. We offer free MSWord templates to help you craft your own certificates. We also offer design services that can incorporate your corporate logo, photographs or other graphics* in color or black & white for any frames you purchase on this site. If we are hired to create your certificate layouts we can provide you with our layout files so you can print them yourself and save money.
*Fusion Frames only accepts art as digital files for reproduction. Hard copy cannot be accepted. We prefer TIF, EPS or a high resolution JPG. Fusion Frames is both Mac and PC based. If proper art is not submitted, art charges may incur.
